This disclosure supplements the Privacy Policy below for accounts you choose to connect to ArchiLabs. It applies to connected-service data and information derived from it, including where you have a separate agreement with ArchiLabs. The connected service's applicable terms and data-use restrictions control over conflicting permissions in our other policies or terms for that data.
With your authorization, a connector lets the ArchiLabs agent access the data available to your selected account and granted permissions to carry out your requests. Depending on the service and requested task, this can include account identity, files and their contents or metadata, documents, spreadsheets, email messages and attachments, and calendar events. The agent can also make changes through the connected service when requested, within those permissions.
We process connected data to provide the features you request. Relevant content, instructions, and results may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, including Nango for connection management and API operations and our hosting, document-processing, and AI providers as needed for those features.
We use HTTPS/TLS for connections from Desktop to our hosted services and for requests to Nango and external provider APIs. Connected-account access requires authentication and ownership checks. Provider OAuth tokens are held server-side by Nango and are not provided to agent workers.
Retrieved content and information derived from it may be saved in your conversations, agent memories, files, and other Product outputs. Operational records and service-provider logs may also retain information needed to operate and secure the service. Disconnecting an account in Connections stops future access through that connection and makes the Nango connection unavailable. It does not itself erase content already saved in ArchiLabs or delete files or changes in the connected service, and does not necessarily revoke the service's authorization grant.
You can also revoke Google access through your Google Account's third-party connections settings. To request deletion of connected data retained by ArchiLabs, including saved copies or derived memories, contact notices@archilabs.ai and identify the relevant account and data. Do not send passwords or access tokens. Some records may need to be retained for applicable legal or security requirements; backups and service-provider records are subject to their applicable deletion and retention processes. Disconnecting alone is not a request to delete those retained copies.
ArchiLabs' use and transfer of information received through Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Google Workspace user-data policy, including their Limited Use requirements. These restrictions also apply to information derived from Google data and control over conflicting permissions in other ArchiLabs terms. See the connector terms.
We do not use or transfer Google Workspace data, whether raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived, or permit our service providers to use it, to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
